Our Story
The Beginning of Knights Candy Shop
It all started with a tragic car accident. While recovering from a traumatic brain injury, our founder, Gary Knight, taught himself the framework for the fancy filled chocolates and truffle designs you see today. Since then, he has studied under master chocolatiers to perfect his work, creating a delightful range of fancy filled chocolate truffles. He spent years honing his craft before deciding to launch his own business, founding Knights Candy Shop with the mission of offering the most delicious and unique gourmet chocolates around. You will also find his lovely wife Sandy in the kitchen, making her almost famous fudge & dipped cookies!

At Knights Candy Shop, we believe that chocolate is more than just a sweet treat; it’s a symbol of love, celebration, and happiness. That’s why we put so much care and attention into every piece of our gourmet chocolates, creating an experience to savor first with your eyes and then your taste buds. From fancy filled chocolates to our delicious caramel sauce & hot cocoa mixes, we offer a delightful range of options, including fudge! Our family business also believes in giving back to the community that supports us, through donations and volunteerism!
